ADM Investor Services is a futures and commodities brokerage firm headquartered in the Chicago Board of Trade. One of our longstanding clients, they came to us for a website redesign and refresh. Not only had it been years since the site was given a visual refresh, the site was neither mobile-friendly nor responsive.
Half of the website acts as brochureware and explains the firm’s services—easy enough. The bulk of the site’s traffic, however, is from commodity traders looking to leverage ADMIS’ live quotes, charts, news and market information.
Market Dashboards
The new site was designed to be mobile-first and fully responsive. In a category first, we designed and developed dashboards for individual futures market categories that pull in live data from CME Group, the industry’s largest exchange. These dashboards act as a single page for traders to get all the information they need for the markets they’re interested in. For example, the Financials dashboard pulls in live quotes, charts and news—plus market commentary and video content created by ADMIS analysts—specific to that market sector.

The Proof is in the Numbers
Post-redesign, numerous key metrics including time on site and site stickiness went through the roof. As a result, ADMIS contracted us to use the same site template for redesigning the websites for ADMIS’ field offices in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taipei.
